TBD International BV

TBD-I has been steadily growing during the past decade, providing services to a broad range of clients on issues related to tick biology, tick-borne diseases of medical and veterinary importance, and the identification of pathogens transmitted by ticks to both humans and animals.

Our current focus is developing acaricide-resistance bioassays, in vitro tick-feeding bioassays, and assays for detecting tick-borne pathogens.

TBD-I has a dedicated webshop for clients interested in purchasing some of our products. These include standard and innovative tick resistance tests, rapid assays for tick-borne pathogen detection, and a range of in vitro tick-feeding chambers, which can be tailor-made depending on tick species and stage.

We welcome partnerships in developing innovative tick traps and sustainable tick control methods to mitigate the impact of ticks and tick-borne diseases on human and animal health worldwide.
